I believe this because I've confirmed three people who have Seth, and none would lie to me about it. His use of Seth was likely an Avatar power; I know of someone who got an extra copy of a boon from an Avatar before.

This will complicate matters. Aoi, myself, and the other person with Seth will be looked at closely, and it will be hard to move the suspicion back where it belongs.
