That was the second message I sent today. [ after the one to these two, of course. ] As long as I'm not caught, then yes. I just don't know if it would be Sunday or Monday, yet.
[ so there's that, at least. sometimes you gotta kill a guy to get your medicine! ]
Well, good. Good riddance to Mahito, then. Whether or not you're being entirely honest with us about the progression of events, so long as you survive the trial you've likely done us all a good turn by dispatching him.
eventually: ] Agreed. Based on the conversation we had, I'm certainly not in mourning.
... I don't even know if he could see me any better like that. [ does blindness wear off if you're suddenly a different creature?? how does he know. ] A panther. How bizarre. This is the second time I've had to kill a big cat, now!
[ oh, remembering. ] -- Actually, Endorsi was the one who saw a memory of me doing so at home, with a tiger. It was from an extremely long distance with an arrow, but, just in case it comes up.
[ im the new hilda, killing big cats left and right ]
Yes, well. If I'd used Seth in a fight, I thought large cat the most obvious offensive use; it makes sense. Though I had ultimately settled on the phloeodes diabolicus beetle.
I know. [ he really likes endorsi 8( so hopefully she doesnt want him dead now!
anyway he makes such a face as harrow starts getting into nerdery - ] A beetle? I'd like to be something beautiful and dangerous, and capable of escaping. [ sniff. ] A phoenix, perhaps, or a falcon.
[ this conversation is too furry im rerouting it ] Speaking of, though, I wouldn't be surprised if there are likely pawprints out and about. I do think when Mahito is recovered - which, judging by the investigations this morning, should be fairly quickly - he may likely appear to us on the table as a panther, but it's something to consider, especially with Aoi also having that power and publicly admitting so.
[ he wrinkles his nose, a bit. ] I hope she became something rather large and intimidating and gave her killer a hell of a time. [ ..... but his tone pretty clearly conveys that he really doubts it. who would target aoi. ]
It has the most durable exoskeleton of any creature I could research in the library. I'm used to defending with exoskeleton, so strategically, it's the best choice for me. Likewise, I know mammalian anatomy well enough to feel confident in my ability to utilize a predator's body, whereas a reptile I would need to spend a lot more time in study before I was confident.
[No, please change this topic, about how the coolest power was given to someone who would use it to turn into a beetle.]
I hope so, too, but I rather doubt it. I was told we should check the eyes - Sasazuka and Shi Qingxuan made her a pepper spray for defense.
[sulkily:] My powers have fucking sucked for four weeks now, love arrows that cause nothing but distress and two fucking votes! And this one gets a cool one and wants to use it to turn into a beetle.
he also makes sort of a face. ] What's the word Wrath used, dork...?
[ anyway ]
Mmm. Meimei told me the same, with the spray. [ with a soft snort. the fact that there's gonna have to be an eye check when he's fckin blind. ] The blindness power I used on him wouldn't have left a single trace on him, according to Pride, so that should be alright. Considering he's used it on me before, I know that to be true.
[ STOP LEAVING CONVERSATIONS BY BLINDING PEOPLE!!!! ]
I don't know anything about Lenore's kill, either. Of the three locations people noted - the blood pool was where Mahito's body was, so, to get the body of the other two, I would think we'd need to check the opium den and the house.
[ a pause. ] Also, our morning escapade with the fish was my fault. We fell into the koi pond at one point. The static shock, however, was certainly related to the other two.
Edited (i dont know shit about fuck for either of them lets fix that ) 2021-03-20 15:03 (UTC)
Well. The security room team saw something called a cartoon, that was called the "Pink Panther." And then Mineo saw pawprints, and assumed it was related to dogs. [Moron.] But they'll figure it out in time.
We ought to try to recover Aoi and Lenore's bodies as early as we can.
he reaches up and rubs the space between his eyebrows.]
The pink panther is related to mine. Panther reasons aside, he also - I would assume, anyway, that he fell in the pool, so.
[ he
is going to be the pink panther. i'm so tickled right now by that curfew effect what the fuck ]
I told meimei I thought the house might've been related to someone being drowned. I've also been told two separate curfew effects that involved things being stuck - statues in the field fell down with their arms and legs very straight, and people in the security room had issues moving.

So some sort of. . . paralysis? Electrical in nature, perhaps?
