He hasn't used it, yet, though.
To him, it's not a useful enough power to lie about, one. Two, he offered to use it on me immediately, if I didn't believe him, and he wasn't bluffing. Three, there are a few things we've been in communication about since the beginning of our time here.
He's an unbelievably smug, irritating person [ says gu yun, who is the same person, which is why he understands these things. ] but I trust him with a few manners. This is one of them.

Because he's on the short list of people I'd consider as people who might've killed Eleanor-san.

But if any person can only have two powers max on their person, that probably suggests an accomplice since two were used on me alone. Well - and Lenore-san, but we don't know if that was the same power that could affect two people.
So it's the combination of someone who got that power since Friday - so either Childe-san or someone else, and had another power that they felt like letting fly. Couple it with the short list of people who haven't shared their power, and who I think would use it on me.
