It allows you to travel roughly ten steps at a time at the speed of a normal person. Walking light is a necessity, if you do it correctly, and combined with the Eagle type, it can be used as a takeoff for flight.

Perhaps it was foolish of me, but I'd assumed I would have access to my own Vision. With it, I don't need to carry physical weapons, though I often do anyway.
