Well, there's the obvious connection that they're both on Envy. There's also the types of target that they were - Omi didn't seem very capable in terms of fighting, as far as I could tell, and Douman was severely injured. Apparently, there was some sort of romantic triangle with them involved, as well? Don't know much about that, but it could have just been a crime of passion, too.
